Valentine’s Day with my dearest Patricia Lin. We decided to just stay in and have a nice private dinner in my room. I tried my best to make it fancy.
For dinner, I made seafood paella (thanks to my dad for the recipe), served alongside some chilled white wine. Pretty tasty, if I may say so myself. Pictures of the process and product below.
Ingredients: Chicken quarters (deboned), Goya yellow rice, onion, garlic, red peppers, chorizo, mussels, shrimp, scallops, bacalhua fillet, chicken broth, saffron, salt, and pepper.
