Birthday Spaghetti

Today is my sister’s birthday, and, as it is a family tradition to eat long noodles on someone’s birthday, I decided to make spaghetti. This particular spaghetti has an extra thick sauce with red onions, garlic, italian herbs, lots of black pepper, and a few splashes of red wine. The meatballs are made of ground lamb (thanks to Associated Supermarket for some nice sales muahaha) and stuffed with mozzarella. As my roommate said, the meatballs lacked a bit of salt and I thought they were maybe a little overcooked, but overall, a decent first try.
